3. Client Responsibilities

- Make payments as agreed in the project proposal or invoice
4. Payment Terms
- All prices are quoted in Rwandan Francs (RWF)
- Payments are due as outlined in the invoice or project agreement
- Additional work beyond the agreed scope may incur extra charges
- Late payments may result in project delays or suspension of services
5. Intellectual Property
- All content, designs, code, and graphics created by Website Design Rwanda remain our intellectual property until full payment is received
- After full payment, ownership of delivered project materials is transferred to the client
- We reserve the right to display completed projects in our portfolio for marketing purposes
6. Website Content and Usage
Clients are responsible for the content they provide, including text, images, videos, and other media. We are not liable for copyright violations or content disputes.
7. Limitation of Liability
Website Design Rwanda is not liable for:
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Loss of data, profits, or business due to service downtime
- Client misuse of websites, apps, or digital services
Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the service provided.
8. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services if:
- Payments are not received as agreed
- Clients violate these Terms and Conditions
- Legal obligations require suspension or termination

10. Governing Law
